Naomi Sasaki-Whalen

I've always loved to draw. By my teens I was earning money from my illustrations, painted jackets and portraits of people and pets. My passion for drawing and creating led me to Parsons School of Design, NYC and a BFA in Fashion Design.

I’ve worked in Fashion Design and Product Development for over 2 decades, creating designs and/or managing the product lifecycle for both large and small brands, while continuing to provide custom artwork to private clients.

When not working, I enjoy being outdoors, trying new recipes, traveling and spending time with my family. I am an animal lover and intermediate/beginner equestrian, working diligently on keeping my back straight and elbows in on my rescue mount Zane.
I am proud to be the mother of two extraordinary young people and blessed to be married to my best friend. I am also the human mom to our rescue pup, Lucy, who really is the one runs the show.
